When did NightOwl launch?
The founders began working on NightOwl in October 2021 and spent over 18 months formulating and refining the liquid to ensure the best tasting espresso martini with the cleanest ingredients.
How many flavors?
Currently, we offer 2 different NightOwl variations, The “Original” or “OG” (Tequila) & The “Classic” (Vodka).
Why offer a tequila-based espresso martini?
We believe tequila offers a unique flavor profile when combined with coffee. Some of the best espresso martinis are made with tequila unbeknownst to the consumer. We have decided to introduce you to a new flavor, the “Original” espresso martini. Don’t worry vodka lovers, we still got you covered with the “Classic” espresso martini.
How do I drink NightOwl?
NightOwl gives you ultimate flexibility! This delicacy is now served in a ready-to-drink single serve can.
Enjoy straight out of the can, enjoy over ice (“on the rocks”), or enjoy shaken and stirred in a martini glass (you fancy)!
Most importantly, we always recommend keeping your NightOwl refrigerated!

100mg of naturally occurring caffeine per can.
How much alcohol is in a can of NightOwl?
Each can include 12.5% ABV. In other words, this is 2X your typical spirits based ready-to-drink cocktail.

What type of alcohol is in NightOwl?
The “Classic” contains premium gluten-free vodka.
The “Original” contains blanco tequila imported from Jalisco, Mexico (NOM: 1110).

How does NightOwl fulfill online orders?
To be compliant with liquor laws, your order is processed and fulfilled by a 3rd party licensed liquor retailer.
Where do you ship?
Complete coverage: AZ, CA, CT, FL, KY, MD, NE, NV, NH, ND, OR, PA, VA, & WA
Partial coverage: CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, RI, TN, TX, & WI
Each customer will need to enter their zip code during the checkout process to ensure we are able to deliver to that specific address.
Can I buy just a 4 pack or single can online?
Unfortunately, no! It is incredibly expensive and labor-intensive to ship alcohol, so it would not be cost-effective (for you or us) to ship anything less than 8 cans at a time as our minimum online order size is $40.
Besides, it can never hurt to have extra NightOwls tucked away for later, so don’t be afraid of ordering more right now. If you live in our retail footprint, you can pick up a smaller amount without waiting for a shipment.
How old do I have to be to place and receive an order?
You must be 21+ to shop with us. Anyone accepting a delivery must present a valid form of ID showing that they are 21+ for the order to be released upon delivery. Unfortunately, packages containing alcohol cannot be left on your doorstep. As always, please drink responsibly.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday - Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-9 business days after shipment. From time to time, there may be some delays.
How can I find out the status of my order?
After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received this confirmation email, or are having issues retrieving the information, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there. Lastly, you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide further assistance.
What are the expected fulfillment and shipment estimated times?
The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days. The time to ship after the fulfillment time varies by region:
- Northeast: 2-4 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- Southeast: 4-7 business days
- West: 6-9 business days
- Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment

From the moment you enter our website through the delivery of your order, and beyond, our team is here to help you. Please send any inquiries or issues to our Customer Experience team at email@example.com. We request any delivery issues be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.
What is your return/refund policy?
We usually only process refunds when the item has been returned to us (failed delivery attempts). This process of returning the item to us can take up to 15 business days.
In other instances, our 3rd party licensed liquor retailer decides whether to accept a return and issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product.
